Don't just watch it happen

Are you concerned about someone’s gambling behaviour? As a partner, relative or friend, you could – should, even – do something to help.

Gambling becomes problematic when the person’s gambling behaviour is no longer controllable. The compulsion to gamble becomes stronger and stronger, as the social and professional environment recede increasingly into the background. Gambling becomes the main purpose of life. This tends to be a protracted process that is often identified as a problem at a very late stage by those involved.

You, as a friend or relative, can contact the casino at any time in person, by telephone or in writing to inform us of a guest’s problematic behaviour or altered financial situation in relation to gambling. In this way we will be able to talk about the situation with you and find a solution together.
