Difference between status points and balance points:
- Balance points: Can be used for gaming and restaurant consumption. They never expire and remain valid permanently.
- Status points: Determine your Membär level. They are reset to 0 at the beginning of each year.
Birthday gift:
- You can redeem your birthday gift within 7 days after your birthday.
- Please present your card to the Shift Manager.

Royal Experience Package:
- The experience package can be reserved exclusively within 48 hours via the form.

** Event packages and holiday packages are excluded. The offer can be redeemed once per calendar year. No cash payment or exchange possible. Not combinable or transferable. The offer cannot be split or extended. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance (no reservations possible on public holidays or during the period from December 20 to January 2). No entitlement to a replacement service in case of full capacity. Any remaining credit expires. For experience packages with a higher total value, the corresponding surcharge must be paid.
Topping up your points account is simple and can be done almost anywhere. To collect points, insert your Membär-Club card in the designated card reader at the slot machine before you start playing. For table games, hand your card to the croupier at the game table before you start playing. When you buy something at the Crazy Daisy Kitchen Bar or order something from a member of staff, hand your card over to them before placing your order or making your purchase.
You can check your current points total any time at our slot machines or the check-in desk in the Grand Casino Bern.
You get:
- one point for every Swiss franc inserted in a slot machine;
- one point for every two Swiss francs at Touch Bet Roulette terminals and roulette machines (including automated table game versions on slot machines); and
- five points for every Swiss franc spent at the Crazy Daisy Kitchen Bar.
Points can also be collected during the table games American Roulette, Black Jack and Ultimate Texas Hold'em. The amount of points collected is influenced by four primary factors: the table game selected, speed of play, the duration of play and the average bet amount. With an average bet of CHF 25 and a play duration on one hour you can win on average around 385 bonus points during American Roulette, depending on the speed of play.
If you do not want to save your Membär points for the next level, you can exchange them for rewards instead. You can chek your current points total at our slot machines or the check-in desk. To redeem your points, hand over your card to a member of statt at the check-in desk, at the bar or on the floor. Playing credit is available from the cash desk only.
Your points can be redeemed as follows:
- 100 points = one hour of parking
The parking duration in the Kursaal Bern car park may be paid for as a cumulative total - 500 points = CHF 1 spending credit at the bar
For example, a drink from the Welcome Menu costs CHF 5.50, i.e. 2,750 points - 10,000 points = CHF 10 playing credit
