CROUPIER – YOUR HOST AT THE GAMBLING TABLE

As game manager, this person helps to shape the atmosphere in the Casino. They ensure the games are carried out in accordance with the rules, in a perfect manner and in accordance with the legal guidelines. They are favoured with outstanding social skills, above-average perceptiveness, a sound knowledge of the game, dexterity and the ability to concentrate.

 

GUEST CARE – YOUR SUPPORT BETWEEN THE RECEPTION AND SLOT MACHINES

Guest Care staff are responsible for providing courteous and friendly support to the guests. They welcome new guests to the world of gambling, offer game explanations and casino tours, and accompany groups who have booked an event package through the evening. At the reception they make every effort to ensure that new guests can enter the casino quickly and comfortably, and answer any questions that may arise. In addition, they check whether the statutory and casino-specific regulations for visiting the casino have been complied with during the legally required identification check. At the slot machines they provide the guests with refreshments or snacks and, if desired, deliver the winnings to the guest. At the cash registers, they exchange chips, denominations and foreign currencies and provide payouts. The Guest Care staff at the cash registers also have duties of care with regard to the Money Laundering Act, the handling of cheques and daily accounting.

 

SECURITY STAFF – SO THAT YOU CAN ENJOY PEACE AND QUIET WHILE PLAYING

The security staff ensure the safety of guests, employees and valuables at the Casino. Their top priority is to ensure smooth operations and a peaceful casino atmosphere for all guests. The security staff are also responsible for ensuring guests are welcomed in a friendly and courteous manner at the reception, where they can check their identity cards. In doing so, they check whether the legal and casino-specific regulations for visiting the casino have been fulfilled.

 

SURVEILLANCE STAFF – AN EYE ON EVERYTHING

Surveillance staff monitor the casino using state-of-the-art surveillance equipment and systems, naturally in compliance with legal requirements. They are fully aware of all processes and procedures in the casino.

 

GASTRONOMY – CULINARY SUPPORT

The kitchen team pampers the guests with culinary delights in the style of the 20s and offers a select range of products, which leaves nothing to be desired when guests take a break from playing. Bar staff serve the guests at the Long and Rondell Bar and in the Crazy Daisy Restaurant, which means they make an important contribution towards caring for the guests.
